It was built and placed as restaurant kitchen, allowing a large area for entertaining guests near the kitchen..The stunning lights were created by Ingo Maurer, renowned German industrial designer.Most all of the materials used to build "The Barn" come from the property.The Cedar and Douglas Fir are from the forest, cut and milled from the original Lopez hilltop....The stone flooring was designed, sculpted and built by hand. Each custom brick was tumbled to soften the corners.The bathroom door is from New York City.
